Movies

I've always enjoyed movies. But the movies I watch tend to be off the beaten path. Some are cult films, and so have their own following. Others are just movies that seem to get overlooked in the public's race for the next new thing.

So my posts about movies aren't reviews of the latest blockbuster -- there are plenty of those out there already. Rather, my writing is about the lesser known films, and the people who worked on them. In keeping with my motto of finding beauty in ephemera, my goal is to just say "Hey, wait a minute. Here's something that's worth a second look.

So I write about Joan Woodbury, and Mantan Moreland, serials, silent films, the small studios, and major starts in minor hits.
